Retrieve Account Information

• Only your Control Panel Password and your main FTP Account Password can be retrieved (Note:  If you need to retrieve a Password for an Email Account, you will have to change this from within the Control Panel of your account).

• Enter your domain name below (example: www.yourdomainname.com)  and click on Retrieve Account Information.

• Your request will then be processed as the system validates your Account.

• If your Account is in the system and your Domain Name matches our records, your Control Panel Password and main FTP Password will then be sent to the email address that we have on file for your account (this is the email address that was used during your sign-up).

• If you no longer have access to the email address, then please visit our contact page and send an email to support@datalinkhosting.com along with your Name, your Domain Name and a phone number of where we can reach you in case we need to call you for authentication.
